These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Invoice Maker - Fast & Easy mobile application (the “App”), provided by Zenith Technology Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business invoicing needs on any device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the App.
The App offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” tier with the following options:
Purchasing through any of these options provides access to all current Pro features of the app.
Prices are displayed in your local currency at purchase time and are set in each app store dashboard. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial of either monthly or annual Pro features; only a monthly free trial is available on Google and Amazon. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method (managed by the app store) will be charged at the price of the subscription you selected. The free trial is offered once per app store account.
You can cancel a subscription or manage your free trial at any time:
Cancellation prevents the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are subject to the policies of the app store where you purchased.
All refund requests are handled by the app store you purchased through. We only have the ability to issue refunds directly on Google. Contact Apple or Amazon support for other refund inquiries.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring transaction. It grants Pro access for the lifetime of the App across devices signed into the same app-store account. We make no guarantee about how long the App will remain available; “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the App’s availability in the app stores.
Your lifetime purchase includes all Pro features available today, and we aim to include future features as well. However, we cannot guarantee this, particularly as some future features may rely on ongoing costs we have to pay — for example AI features or other third-party services. These features may instead be offered as a separate add-on or subscription to cover those running costs.
Any invoices, customer details, company information, services delivered, prices and other data you create or enter into the App (“Your Content”) remains your property. We do not access, transmit, or use Your Content. Your Content is stored locally on your device.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content, including any data you collect about your customers.

If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore, you also agree to that store’s terms of service. Where these Terms conflict with the store’s terms, the store’s terms govern your relationship with the store; these Terms govern your relationship with us.
The store you purchased through is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. However, that store (and its subsidiaries) is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
The App is a tool for generating invoices. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying that all invoices generated by the App — including all calculations, tax amounts, discounts, and totals — are accurate, complete, and compliant with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction before issuing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Zenith Technology Enterprises LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of your device or content; (iii) any errors or omissions in invoice content; or (iv) any other matter relating to the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and disclaimers) will survive.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective date” at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law provides you mandatory consumer-protection rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
