Privacy Policy: Invoice Maker - Fast & Easy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zenith Technology Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the Invoice Maker - Fast & Easy mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

TL;DR

Invoice Maker - Fast & Easy is a local-only app. We do not operate a backend, we do not host your data on our servers, and we do not collect analytics about how you use the App. Everything you create — invoices, customer profiles, payment details, company information — stays on your device. The only data that leaves your device is what you yourself choose to share through your operating system’s share sheet (e.g. emailing an invoice PDF to a client).

1. Information we collect

We collect no personal data on our servers, because we do not operate any servers.

The following information exists on your device only and is not transmitted to us:

• Invoices you create (line items, customer details, dates, amounts, notes).
• Saved profiles for your business, customers, payment methods, and services.
• Company logo images, if you choose to upload one.
• App preferences such as language, theme, sort order, and default invoice layout.
• Free-tier usage counters (how many PDFs you’ve exported this month). Resets monthly. Local only.
• Subscription / entitlement cache (whether you have an active Pro subscription, for offline access). Synced from the App Store / Google Play / Amazon Appstore — see Section 3.

This data is stored on your device’s local storage via Apple’s iOS sandbox / Android’s app-private storage (SQLite database and operating-system preferences). It is included in your device’s standard iCloud / Google / Amazon backups according to your device settings.

2. Information we do not collect

We explicitly do not collect or transmit:

• Names, emails, phone numbers, or any other contact information.
• Device identifiers (IDFA, advertising ID, etc.).
• Location data.
• Crash reports or telemetry.
• Usage analytics (no Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar).
• Any third-party SDKs that collect data for advertising or tracking.

3. Information handled by third parties on your behalf

The App relies on a small set of third-party services that have their own privacy policies. We do not receive the data those services process — we only ask them to handle specific functions.

• Apple App Store / Google Play / Amazon Appstore (depending on where you installed the App). When you purchase a subscription, free trial, or one-time unlock, the store processes your payment and account information. We receive only an entitlement signal (whether you have an active subscription or lifetime purchase). We never see your payment details, card numbers, or store account email.

• Your device’s share sheet. When you share an invoice, the operating system presents apps you’ve installed (Mail, Messages, Drive, etc.). The data you choose to send goes through the receiving app’s own systems, governed by that app’s privacy policy.

4. Permissions the App requests

• Photo Library / Camera — only when you tap “Upload company logo.” The picked image is copied into the App’s private storage. We do not access your library otherwise.
• Network access — used only to query Apple’s, Google’s, or Amazon’s product information for the paywall and to validate active subscriptions. No analytics or other network calls are made.

5. Children

The App is intended for use by adults managing business invoices. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that threshold applies). We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

6. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, traditional GDPR / CCPA data-subject requests (access, deletion, portability) do not apply to data on our servers — there is none. To delete data on your device, uninstall the App or use Settings → Manage Saved Info to delete specific profiles and invoices. Uninstalling removes all local data.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are managed by the store (Apple / Google / Amazon) you purchased through. Cancellations, refunds, and billing inquiries are handled through your store account. We have no access to billing information. For full subscription terms, see the Terms of Use.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective date” at the top. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
